Kelvin for a collision course with Nero’s ship, and in the span of a minute or so picks a name out for his son - Jim - and tells his wife Winona that he loves her. Truly one of the most heartbreaking scenes from the entire Trek oeuvre.
seriously one of my favorite soundtracks and obviously movies. best song on the soundtrack though.
